KIDS BJJ
Building the next generation
Jiu-Jitsu is the perfect martial art for children. It builds confidence, teaches discipline, improves fitness, and provides real self-defense skills — all in a controlled, safe environment.
What kids learn:

BJJ FUNDAMENTALS

Never trained before? This is your entry point. We break down the core techniques, positions, and movements that form the foundation of Jiu-Jitsu.
This class is also home to our free trial and onboarding program — everything you need to go from zero to confidently joining any class.
What you’ll learn:
- Basic positions (guard, mount, side control)
- Essential escapes and sweeps
- Fundamental submissions
- Movement and body mechanics
- Gym etiquette and safety

COMPETITION TRAINING
For those who want more
Ready to test yourself? Our competition classes are designed for practitioners who want to push their limits — whether you’re preparing for your first tournament or chasing gold at the European championships.
We alternate between Gi and No-Gi training daily, giving you a complete competitive skill set.

- Advanced technique drilling
- Competition-specific sparring
- Game plan development
- Tournament preparation
- Strength and conditioning elements

OPEN MAT
Free rolling, all levels
This is where theory becomes practice. No instruction — just training. Roll with teammates of all levels, test new techniques, and sharpen your game through live sparring.
White belts train alongside black belts. Everyone learns.

- Weekends / Saturday at 10:00 / Sunday at 18:00 /
